How Payment Works and Expectations:
Many people have the question of how does payment work? Payment is made on a monthly or
term basis via direct bank deposit, online transfer or credit card using WiPay. Before your first
session, you will receive a link to fill out a registration form. The registration form collects your
personal information as well as that of the student’s. Information such as age, date of birth etc. If

Rates for tutoring packages:
- One Session Primary School = $350 (min. 4 sessions per month)
- One Session Secondary School = $400 (min. 4 sessions per month)
You may double or triple your packages accordingly.
If you are not able to make a session, please request a change in time for the week at least 24
hours in advance. If you are unable to do this and miss a session, the session will still be
charged. While we are lenient up to 3 times (applies to Term students ONLY) because I realized
that things happen, I always put the responsibility of rescheduling in the parent’s hand. All you
need to do is contact me and we can set up a different time. If no contact is made, then it is
changed as if we had the session. There are no exceptions to this.
Since I have a full caseload of students, it is really important to start and end on time. If you
show up late, it usually will not be possible to make up that time. Our tutors have been advised
to leave a session after 10 minutes should no contact be made to advise of lateness.

our information not only earns you a $50 DISCOUNT on your next monthly invoice, but it helps
us to continue to make an impact on young struggling learners.
Every parent’s expectation on communication is different. Some parents want monthly
communication and some like updates every 3 months. At RentMyTutor.com, we conduct
assessments every 3 months to let you know how your child is progressing. If you ever want
additional information all you have to do is send an email to [email protected] and we will
provide you with an update.
